This is a heavyweight brushed fleece material made using a rare old-fashioned knitting machine, the Azuma knitting machine.
The Azuma knitting machine is one of the early knitting machines from around the 1970s, when there was a shift from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed knitting machines, and is a highly valuable knitting machine with only a few remaining.
The knitting speed is very slow, and only one or two bolts can be knitted per day, but this results in a fluffy, soft fabric.
It is made of a thick, outerwear-like sweatshirt material that can be worn on its own to become a focal point.
