Based on the MA-1 test sample (MODIFIED SAMPLE) from SUBLATIONS' original story, we have reconstructed the MA-1 with a front opening featuring buffalo button fastenings, which are rarely seen on MA-1s, and a fancy tweed outer fabric that shines with lamé thread.
With its short length and oversized silhouette with dropped shoulders, it will go well with any outfit.
The diamond quilted lining is filled with firm padding for excellent heat retention, the nylon outer material is comparable to MIL SPECK, the ribbing is knitted in the same way as the Self-Defense Forces, and the vintage helicopter crew type cigarette pocket make this a piece that will impress even military enthusiasts.
The tweed used in this jacket has glittery threads, which is not often used for men's clothing, but the color scheme goes well with khaki and black, making this a masterpiece that eliminates the bulkiness of the MA-1 jacket.

[Material characteristics]

This is a mixed tweed produced in Oshu, which has developed into Japan's leading wool textile production area.
It uses colorful yarns of various thicknesses and textures called decorative yarns such as glitter yarn and tape yarn, and is a special fabric that can only be produced by skilled artisans who have inherited ancient techniques.
It is very gorgeous, but because it is made up of colors in the same color family, it is not too flashy.
